Inspiring surroundings. A raw and deteriorated urban surrounding as the basement and the inspiration source for graffiti and creativty. Ideas are formed on the street. In the early 90's there's a lot of (urban canvas) available because of inner-city development. As a side effect this unintentionally contributes to the development of graffiti.
