ATA Crew (All Time Artists) Est. 1984 in the Westchester section of Miami. Active: 1984 - 1987 Original Members: Spek, Scan, Debbie, Dazz Later members: Sae, Chad, Haze & Sub ATA was one of the earliest graffiti crews to organize in Miami. They were known for wild style pieces on rooftops and high visibility walls in Westchester. They were also among the first to do pieces in the Fountainblue Penit and were regulars at the Beat Club.
